3. At the bottom of the page, click “Cancel Subscription”. 
4. Select a reason for canceling your subscription and select "Next". 
5. Click the yellow box "Cancel Subscription".

How do I skip or edit my subscription?

We take great pride and work diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once an item is shipped, it limits our ability to edit or cancel your order. How do I edit or cancel an existing order?

To update your shipping address, follow the steps below.

1. Log into your account.
2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Click “Subscriptions”.
4. Click on the yellow box “Manage Subscriptions".
5. Scroll down to “Shipping Address” and click “Edit”. 

To update your billing address, follow the steps below.

1. Log into your account.
2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Click on "Payments".
4. Click on the yellow box "Send Update Email". You will then receive an email from Shopify to update your payment method, as any updates to your payment method must be completed via Shopify.

How do I update my address? 

Thank you for reaching out! Your order has been received, and we are working on getting it shipped. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to arrive. This timeframe covers 2 – 3 days to process your order, plus additional days to ship.
